We work with many insurance plans, but each one has its own rules and networks—so we’ll need to take a look at your specific plan to see how it works in our office.

The quickest way to check is to have your insurance card information along with the policyholder’s date of birth available when you call to schedule an appointment. If you don’t have your card on hand, just send us the name of your insurance plan and we’ll do our best to look it up for you.

We always try to give you an accurate estimate of what your insurance will cover before your visit. That said, insurance companies can sometimes give unclear or incorrect information, and claims may be denied for reasons outside of our control. While we can’t control their decisions, we’ll always be upfront about costs and do everything we can to advocate on your behalf to help you get the most from your benefits. Our goal is to keep things transparent and as stress-free as possible.
