Get to Know
Dr. Danielle Lombardi Recine
A native New Yorker, Dr. Danielle Lombardi Recine was born and raised in the Bronx. However, she is no stranger to Florida as she spent her childhood summers in Cocoa Beach with her family. She earned her BA with honors in Biology and Psychology from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY.
Dr. Danielle attended dental school at New York University - and through her volunteer activities and patient interactions she realized what she had always known, that she loves working with children. She continued her education by completing a two year combined academic and hospital-based residency in Pediatric Dentistry at New York University and Bellevue Hospital. During her specialty training, she received a wide range of experience working with children with special health care needs, craniofacial anomalies, as well as medically compromised children with cancer and blood disorders. She has participated in several local and international outreach programs to Nepal, Guatemala, Maine and New York to provide pediatric dental treatment, education, and training to underserved communities.
In 2019, she was selected as a Top 40 Under 40 Dental Specialist in the country by Incisal Edge Magazine. She has contributed to several articles on children’s dental health for The Strategist/New York Magazine. Dr. Danielle's approach to pediatric dentistry is shaped by both professional expertise and personal experience. As a mom whose own child struggled with lip and tongue tie, she understands firsthand the importance of compassionate, comprehensive care.
When she's not helping young patients achieve their healthiest smiles, Dr. Danielle enjoys traveling, reading, discovering great coffee spots, and spending time with her husband, Dr. Thomas Recine (a Florida Tech Alum), daughter, and their English bulldog, Baci.

Your First Visit
Making Great First Impressions
First visits are exciting! We start by showing your child around their new dental home, letting them explore at their own pace. Dr. Danielle makes dental care easy to understand using simple explanations and fun demonstrations. Parents are always welcome in treatment areas - we believe great dental care is a team effort between our staff, parents, and young patients.
What to Bring
Pack these essentials for a smooth first visit:
Insurance card and photo ID
New patient forms (skip the paperwork - fill them out online!)
Medical history and current medications
Previous dental records if you have them
Any special items from home that will make your child feel more at ease (a blanket, special stuffed animal, even a specific toothpaste that they like)

Dr. Danielle uses the state-of-the-art LightScalpel CO2 laser to ensure a safe, precise, and quick procedure. By utilizing this laser, there is reduced bleeding and swelling, minimized discomfort, and faster healing.
